29 ENECE is the companion app for the 29ª ENECE — Encontro Nacional de Engenharia e Consultoria Estrutural, held in São Paulo on 23 October 2026 at the Centro de Convenções Rebouças. It puts the programme, the speakers, and the practical details of attending in one place on your phone.

ENECE is an annual event held by ABECE since 1998. It brings together structural design professionals, builders, students, and anyone interested in the field around the current topics that shape their day-to-day work, with recognised professionals invited to speak on the main developments and trends in structural engineering.
During the event, ABECE also awards Honorary Member titles to professionals with more than 40 years in the field, in recognition of their services to Brazilian structural and consulting engineering.
The 2026 edition centres on technical responsibility: how the decisions taken in a structural design influence the safety, cost, performance, and durability of a project. The programme looks at how a structure behaves from initial design through its service life, the risks that come with inexperience, and the role of continuous training in practising structural engineering well.
