This privacy policy describes how the 29 ENECE companion app handles your information. We collect only what is needed to run the event experience and to keep the app working well.

1. Account Information

Some features let you sign in through Firebase Authentication. If you choose to sign in, we process the credentials associated with your chosen sign-in method (for example, your email address) to identify you within the app. You can use much of the app without an account.

2. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you updates about the event (schedule changes, announcements). This relies on a device notification token. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

3. Analytics & Crash Reporting

With your consent, we use Google Firebase to keep the app reliable:

• Firebase Analytics — aggregated, anonymous usage statistics to help us improve the app.
• Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash and diagnostic reports so we can fix bugs.

The app asks for your consent before collecting this data, and you can change your choice later. Firebase's handling of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the information above only to operate the app, deliver event updates, and improve the experience. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Security

Account data, notification tokens, and diagnostic data are processed by Google Firebase under industry-standard security practices.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for event attendees and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
